Clean up old jobs and reports
List, and with apply remove, what Tomacco keeps of finished work under its data directory: records and logs of jobs that ended before older_than_days, log files without a job, and report directories under reports/. A dry run by default; also reports the size of each top-level entry of the data directory. Never touches queued or running jobs, emulators, SDKs, the virtual iOS device, settings, or artifacts in projects.
Annotations: destructive, idempotent, closed world.
