Read a saved result
Read a piece of a result too large for an MCP answer, which the result_too_large error saved under a result_id. Pass next_offset back as offset until eof is true; the pieces joined are the result's JSON. Saved results are kept for a week.
Annotations: read-only, idempotent, closed world.
