Audit log
The newest entries of the audit log, newest first: every call through tomaccoctl call or MCP that may change something, and every call a guard refused, with the channel, the client's name, the operation, its arguments with secrets masked, how it ended and when. more is true when older entries match too.
Annotations: read-only, idempotent, closed world.
